Downloads and failed orders

Keep a copy of your photos before their 24-hour expiry. If generation is incomplete, download the available photos and contact us before paying again. See our refund policy for remedies.

Privacy and safety

For access, correction, deletion or misuse reports, use the same email and identify the type of request. Do not send passwords, API keys, full card details or identity documents. See the privacy policy and acceptable use policy.
